In order to have a proper celebration to mark our 10th anniversary, we have launched today a new, improved website.

Resto-rang.ch has come a long way in 10 years . Through the years we have learned a lot from our visitors and users. The new resto-rang.ch is designed in direct responses to our research into what users really want..

How long is 10 years in internet time? Even in the real world, a decade is a considerable time; in internet years, it is practically forever and a great source of experience. Large numbers of our users hold such strong views about their online preferences and its implications on their dining habits that they have urged us to take what has become the biggest most visited restaurants website in Switzerland with more than 150,000 visitors per month, to the next level

The new Resto-rang. ch has a few interesting features amongst them:

1 A new User Profile that is now equipped with avatars or real pictures by your choice. you can build your favorite list and share it with other users. You can write reviews and manage them all under your own New profile

2 Rating system - as a community web site, we aim at a more accurate tool for you to rate your reviews and to assess other reviews and reviewers. You may spend positive points to evaluate others reviews and create your own list of favorable best reviewers.

3 Articles – we will bring you reviews and recommendations from professional restaurants journalists to keep you up-to-date with fusion and trends locally and internationally

4 Sort and search - Advanced search with more options and easy to navigate map with the restaurants selected by your criterion locations on it.

5 Improved User Interface - a modern design which makes the website easier to navigate and quicker to retrieve the information you are looking for.

6 We want to hear you more - so we added the ‘orange feedback icon’ in the lower right side of the screen where you can send us messages, complains, compliments or suggestions for improvement. We can only keep this high level by attending your comments- please let us have it
